Summary
The analysis profile allows your firm to toggle features on and off, promoting a streamlined workflow.
Learn how to configure MindBridge to create a user experience tailored to your firm's methodologies.
Note: The analysis profile is only available for use with general ledger analyses and is read-only for system libraries.
Configuration details
You must be an App Admin to view and manage analysis profiles.
Go to the Analysis profile
- From the Admin page, go to the Libraries tab.
- Open the Actions menu in line with the library you want to view.
- Select View Library.
You will go to the Library details tab on the Libraries page.
- Select the General ledger tab.
You will go to the Analysis profile section.
Disable or enable MindBridge features
All MindBridge dashboards, report, tools, and settings are enabled by default.
To disable or enable a feature, use the toggle in line with the feature, then Save your changes.
Note: Existing analyses using the library are automatically updated when features are enabled or disabled.

- Removes the Risk Overview tab from the Analyze page
- Summary of Transactional Risk report cannot be populated

- Removes the Risk segmentation tab from the Analyze page

- Removes the Trends tab from the Analyze page
- Disables drill-down option on the Financial Statements dashboard
- Removes the Trends section from the Significant account report

Data table view
Select whether you want the data table dashboard to display entries or transactions by default.
Landing page
When opening an analysis, select the dashboard you want to see by default.
Note: If you disable the landing page dashboard, MindBridge will automatically set your default landing page to the Data table tab.

Required materiality |
When required materiality is disabled:
- You can use the materiality modal to set the materiality to "none" by hitting "Save" with no value in the modal input
- You can perform scoping with no materiality value set
When required materiality is enabled:
- You cannot save materiality from the modal unless a value is set (the field is mandatory to the form submission)
- You cannot perform scoping unless the analysis has a materiality value set
- "Materiality" text, in the materiality widget and the modal, is highlighted with a red "this is mandatory" asterisk
