Summary of prior and current period data

Summary

Learn about the summary tiles on the Prior period comparison dashboard.


Go to the Prior period comparison tab

  1. Select the logo in the MindBridge sidebar.
    You will go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization.
    You will go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement.
    You will go to that engagement's Data page.
  4. Select View Analysis on the desired analysis.
  5. Once within an analysis, select Prior period comparison t the top of the page.
    You will go to the Prior period comparison tab.

Tip: If you are already in an analysis, simply use the sidebar to open the Analyze menu, then select the name of the analysis you want to see and go to the Prior period comparison tab.


Overview

The tiles at the top of this dashboard provide you with a quick summary view of the current and prior period activity of a specific category (or "pivot"), and how the risk profile has changed between periods.

Current period activity

This tile displays the total new current period activity of the selected category. Because the activity captured here occurred in the current period, but did not occur in the prior period, the monetary values listed here are associated to new business processes.

Prior period activity

This tile displays the total prior period activity of the selected category. Because the activity captured here occurred in the prior period, but did not occur in the current period, the monetary values listed here are associated to discontinued business processes.

MindBridge score activity

This tile displays the overall change in the category's risk profile between the current and prior periods. This metric indicates the stability of business processes.

Update the summary tiles

To update these tiles, use the menus at the top of the page to select the category you want to group information by, and the account you want to show.
