Configuration details

You must have access to MindBridge as an Admin to manage filters within a library.

Navigate to library filters

  1. From the Admin page, go to the Libraries tab.
  2. Open the Actions menu in line with the library you wish to view.
  3. Select View Library.
You will go to the Library details tab on the Libraries page.
  4. Go to the analysis type tab you wish to create a filter for. For example: General ledger
  5. Select Filters.
You will see the available filters for that analysis type in this section.

Create a filter

  1. In the Filters section, select Create Filter in line with the filter group you wish you add to.
  2. Enter a Filter name.
  3. Open the Category menu to select from existing options, or create a new one by entering it into the field.
  4. Add conditions* with the menus.
*Filters use "and" and "or" statements. “Or” statements are built by adding conditions to a single row, while “and” statements are built by adding conditions to multiple rows.
  5. Select Add Row if you need additional rows.
  6. Select the delete icon to delete a row.
  7. When you are satisfied, select Create Filter.
The filter is now listed under the selected category.

Filters are grouped by analysis type.
