Entry Details: Accounts Payable

Summary

The article introduces the entry details display which is available within any completed Accounts Payable analysis. 

By viewing the entry details you can see the individual control points that contributed to each risk score for the entry, allowing for a deeper investigation of the data. From here you can add the entry to your audit plan or mark it as normal.

Note: If an outstanding entry is unscored then no control points will appear in the entry details.

Go to the Data table tab

  1. Select the icon in the MindBridge sidebar.
    You will go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row.
    You will go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row.
    You will go to the Data page.
  4. Select View Analysis in line with the desired analysis.
    You will go to the Analyze page.
  5. Select the Data table tab.

Tip: If you are already in an analysis, simply use the sidebar ( Sidebar_open-close_icon ) to open the Analyze menu ( Analyze_menu_icon ), then select the name of the analysis you want to see and go to the Data table tab.


View entry details

Select an entry to view its details.

View a risk score

By default, the risk scores are collapsed so you can compare the scores. Select the risk scores name to see the control points included in the score. Triggered control points appear first by default.

To get more detail on a control point, select the information icon ( Information_icon.svg ) in the upper-right corner of the control point tile. A window appears that displays additional context about why a control point did or did not trigger.

Add an entry to the audit plan

To add an entry to the audit plan, select the Task icon ( Add_task_icon ) on the right side of the details table.

A pop-up window will appear where you can add the following details:

  • Audit Area (required)
  • Sample name
  • Assertions
  • Description
  • Assignee

Once you are satisfied, Create task.

The entry has now been added to the Accounts Payable tab of the Audit Plan.

Mark an entry as normal

To mark an entry as normal, select the Checkmark icon ( Mark_as_normal_icon ) on the right side of the details table.

A pop-up window will appear where you can add the following details:

  • Audit Area (required)
  • Sample name
  • Assertions
  • Description

Once you are satisfied, Mark as Normal.
