When I try to sign in, it says my credentials are invalid

Learn how to resolve issues with your sign on credentials.


Resolution

If you have already activated your account, use the Google or Microsoft single sign-on options.

If you have not activated your account:

  1. Follow the link in the MindBridge invitation email to activate your account.
  2. If you do not see an invitation in your inbox, reach out to your firm’s App Admin or User Admin to request a new invitation.
Tip: If multiple invitations have been sent to you, only the most recent activation link will work.
