Resolution
If you have already activated your account, use the Google or Microsoft single sign-on options.
If you have not activated your account:
- Follow the link in the MindBridge invitation email to activate your account.
- If you do not see an invitation in your inbox, reach out to your firm’s App Admin or User Admin to request a new invitation.
Tip: If multiple invitations have been sent to you, only the most recent activation link will work.
