My activation link expired, can I get a new one?

Summary

MindBridge invitations expire after 7 days. If your activation link has expired, reach out to your firm’s Admin to request a new one.

Tip: If multiple invitations have been sent, you must use the activation link in the most recent invitation.

Resolution

If you are an App Admin or a User Admin, you can re-invite users to any of the tenants you oversee.

If an Admin sends an email invitation and the user does not receive it, the Admin must send another email invitation. If the user still does not receive it, please contact the Customer Support Team.
