When a task is created, it is added to the audit plan with the Open status. Open tasks require further investigation.
When a task is marked as Normal, it signifies to stakeholders that the transaction or entry appears to be a reasonable business practice that does not require further investigation, and allows you to disregard the risk MindBridge placed on the transaction.
MindBridge uses control points to determine the level of risk associated with the transaction or entry, however, the item may be considered “normal” within the context of a specific business process.
|When a task is Resolved, it signifies to stakeholders that the task was investigated and no longer requires attention.
