Task statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Open |
When a task is created, it is added to the audit plan with the Open status. Open tasks require further investigation. |
| Normal |
When a task is marked as Normal, it signifies to stakeholders that the transaction or entry appears to be a reasonable business practice that does not require further investigation, and allows you to disregard the risk MindBridge placed on the transaction.
Note: MindBridge uses control points to determine the level of risk associated with the transaction or entry, however, the item may be considered normal within the context of a specific business process.

| Resolved | When a task is Resolved, it signifies to stakeholders that the task was investigated and no longer requires attention. |
