Task status: Overview

  • Updated

Summary

Learn about the different statuses a task can take on.

What is a task?

A task is a transaction or entry that has been added to the audit plan for further investigation.

Task statuses

Normal

Marking a task as “normal” signifies that the transaction or entry appears to be a reasonable business practice that does not require further investigation.

MindBridge uses control points to determine the level of risk of the transaction or entry, however, it may be considered “normal” in the context of your client and their business practices.

Marking tasks as “normal” allows you to disregard the risk MindBridge placed on the transaction.

Resolved

Changing a task’s status to “resolved” signifies that the task was investigated and no longer requires attention.

Open

Tasks that are "open" require further investigation by you and your team.
