Summary
After receiving the account invitation email, you are given a 7-day window to activate your account. If someone tries to activate their account after the 7-day window has expired, they will receive a notification that their login token has expired.

Resolution
Contact your Admin to request a new login token.
If you do not know who your MindBridge Admin is, contact the Customer Support team.
