Transaction risk over time graph (GL)

Summary

Learn about the Transaction risk over time graph.


Go to the Risk overview tab

  1. Select the logo in the MindBridge sidebar
    You will go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row. 
    You will go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row. 
    You will go to the Data page for that particular engagement.
  4. Select View Analysis on the desired analysis.
  5. Within an analysis, select Risk overview.*

*Note: This is the default landing tab within accounts payable and accounts receivable analyses.

Tip: If you are already in an analysis, use the sidebar ( Sidebar open-close icon.svg ) to open the Analyze menu ( Analyze_menu_icon ), then select the name of the analysis you want to see and go to the Risk overview tab.


Use the graph

Hover over a section on the graph to reveal:

  • Date: The month, week, or day the bar represents.
  • High: The number of high risk transactions within the selected period.
  • Medium: The number of medium risk transactions within the selected period.
  • Low: The number of low risk transactions within the selected period.

Use the legend to the right of the graph to toggle each risk level off and on. Inactive categories are shown in grey.

Select a bar to drill-down to the data table and review a detailed list of transactions for the selected time frame and risk level.

Change the time interval

By default, the graph displays the data in monthly intervals. To change this, select the View By menu and choose to view by Month, Week, or Day.

Change the time window

By default, the graph displays data from all dates within the current period. To narrow the scope of the graph, click and drag the time slider to the desired range.
