What's new in MindBridge
The August 2025 release delivers key enhancements focused on workflow automation, data ingestion performance, and developer flexibility. With real-time notifications, expanded file support, and improved API access to upload metadata, these updates reduce friction across the data-to-insights lifecycle.

Notifications
Webhooks for real-time alerts
MindBridge now supports webhooks, allowing users to receive real-time notifications when important events occur, such as file upload completion, analysis completion or failure, and missing account mappings.
Webhooks are available to admin users by default in all tenants. Notifications can be configured through the Admin Portal or API, enabling teams to route alerts to tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, ticketing systems, or orchestration platforms. This helps extend system awareness beyond email.

File uploads
Native Parquet file support
In addition to CSV and Excel, users can now upload and ingest Parquet-formatted files via the UI or API. This improvement aligns with modern data handling practices and is especially useful for high-volume or columnar datasets. No additional configuration is required, as uploading a parquet file now works just like any other supported format. Key benefits include faster file validation and ingestion, reduced schema mapping errors, and improved scalability when working with structured data.

API enhancements
File info API
A new endpoint is available in the MindBridge API to retrieve metadata about uploaded files, including file name, size, structure, and mapping status. This feature helps developers and integrators validate file properties before triggering analyses, troubleshoot ingestion issues automatically, and confirm that uploads align with the expected schema. The endpoint is enabled by default in all API-enabled tenants.
