Why is my chart missing data or showing "No available data to display"

Symptoms

Depending on how a ratio has been defined, the resulting chart may display with some data points missing or as "No data available to display."

These are the potential causes for your ratio to be missing data:

None of the accounts in the ratio have any data for the period
The accounts in the numerator have data, but none of the accounts in the denominator have any data
The accounts in the numerators and denominators have values, but the denominators resolve to 0
