While uploading an account grouping file, the following error appears:
MindBridge could not import the file because the data does not align with required formatting.
What does this error mean?
Since the account grouping file relies on a correctly filled out template, if the template is incorrectly filled out or another file is uploaded in place of the template then this error will be triggered.
Check the file you've uploaded is correctly filled out and utilizing the correct Excel template. The template can be downloaded when you create a new account grouping from the Admin page by clicking Export Template:
