Error code: MBER1190

Summary

Learn about the error code MBER1111 and how to resolve it.

Symptom

MindBridge detected that the account grouping {DuplicateGrouping} was duplicated in the file provided. Remove any duplicates, then re-import the file.

What does this error mean?

When the account grouping file is imported using the excel template, MindBridge reads the level of hierarchy defined in the grouping file for each internal code to identify the nature of the account code. Make sure that along with your unique internal codes, the combination of L1, L2, L3 and L4 sub-categories defined are also unique.

MindBridge reads the combination of L1, L2, L3 and L4 and then associates that particular combination and internal code to the MAC code. Please see below the example of a unique mapping combination:

In the above example, all the rows have different combinations of L1, L2, L3 and L4 mapping. Suppose any of the rows had the same combination irrespective of different internal codes. MindBridge would then display the duplicate grouping error as it cannot differentiate those rows/internal codes.

Resolution

Go back to the grouping file and modify the combination of L1, L2, L3 and L4 so that each internal code has a unique combination. For example if you had a grouping like the screenshot below:

You can fix it by changing the hierarchy so that both the internal codes have different combination values as shown in below screenshot:
