Summary
This guide goes through the step by step process of preparing and exporting a journal report from QuickBooks Desktop.
Notes
It's worth noting that QuickBooks Desktop does provide the option to export a General Ledger, however the output document isn't suitable for ingestion into MindBridge which is why we export the Journal instead.

- Navigate to the top of the screen and select the drop down menu next to Excel, then click Create New Worksheet. Please note that an excel workbook can display a maximum of 1,048,576 rows. If your report exceeds this, please select to export as a comma separated values (.csv) file. Click Export. This will open the file in Excel and you will be able to save a copy in the desired location.
