Summary
Save your Data Table column selection and layout to reuse across sessions and browsers. You can save a personal configuration or, as an App Admin, set a shared configuration for everyone working on an analysis.
Configuration
- All users can save a personal configuration using Save for me.
- Only App Admins can save a shared configuration using Save for everyone.

- Open your analysis and go to the Data table tab.
- Select and arrange the columns you want the team to use.
- Open the Layout menu.
- Select Save for everyone.
The current configuration is saved as the shared layout for the analysis.

Reset to the default configuration
To restore the standard Data Table configuration:
- Open the Layout menu.
- Select Reset to default.
The table returns to its standard configuration.
Export data
Data Table exports reflect the currently applied configuration. Before exporting, load the configuration you want to use and review the selected columns.
The export dialog also lets you review and adjust which columns to include in the exported file.
Limitations
- Saved configurations apply to the Data Table.
- This feature does not support multiple named layouts or templates.
- Shared configurations are saved per analysis, rather than at the firm, library, or engagement level.
