When I try to log in, it says my credentials are invalid.

Learn how to resolve issues with your credentials if you have trouble signing in.


If you have already activated your account, use the Google or Microsoft single sign-on options.

If you have not activated your account:

  • Follow the link in the MindBridge invitation email to activate your account.
  • If you do not see an invitation in your inbox, reach out to your firm’s Admin to request a new invitation.
Tip: If multiple invitations have been sent, only the most recent activation link will work.
