Single missing header

MindBridge could not detect the {columnHeader} column. Verify that the imported file includes this column header and try again. If the issue persists, grant MindBridge access to your engagement so Customer Support can dig into the issue.

Multiple missing headers

MindBridge could not detect the following columns:

  • {columnName}
  • {columnName}

Verify that the imported file includes these column headers and try again.

What does this error mean?

The row containing column names is not in the first row, or there are extraneous header rows, which result in errors.

Resolution

Delete all rows above the row containing column names.

If the beginning of your file contains merged cells or irrelevant data, delete those rows. For example, in the image below, rows 1 through 4 should be deleted:

Additional formatting may be required if there is information above the row containing column names.

For example, if the first account number or fund number in the file appears above the row containing column names and is not repeated in each transaction row, you have a grouped file that would first need to be ungrouped before removing extraneous header rows.
