MBER1111 - We were unable to detect your data format nor find a header row containing
the following column headers: within the first rows. More details are available
in our data import FAQ. We can provide assistance to help with your import by
contacting us through the in system feedback or at support@mindbridge.ai. - Args({expectedColumns=[date,
  memo, account_description], maxSearchRows=20})

Possible solutions

  • Solution #1: delete all rows above the row containing column names
If the beginning of your file looks like this example, delete rows 1 through 4:mceclip0.png
  • Solution #2: Additional formatting may be required if there is information above the row containing column names
    • For example, if the first account number or fund number in the file appears above the row containing column names and is not repeated in each transaction row, you have a grouped file that would first need to be degrouped before removing extraneous header rows.
    • Feel free to reach out to our support team if this is too much formatting for you to handle!
