View by entries or outstanding entries

The data table can be configured to show either entries or outstanding entries using the using the first View menu above the table.

Outstanding entries view

The outstanding entries view shows every line item in your end-of-year payable list.

Note: Accounts payable risk scoring is done exclusively on AR detail entries. The scores that you see when viewing outstanding entries are the risk scores of those entries as they appear in the detail table. If an outstanding entry is un-scored, there is no match between this entry and an entry in the AR detail.

Entry details

The entry details provide additional information regarding the control points triggered by the entry.
