The Risk Overview dashboard supports a number of filtering options that will allow you to quickly and easily slice-and-dice the subledger data to gain more insights.

Learn about filtering categories on the Risk Overview dashboard.

Navigate to the Risk Overview dashboard

  1. Select the MindBridge icon in the sidebar to go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row to go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row to go to the Data page.
  4. Select View Analysis on the desired analysis, or use the sidebar to open the Analyze menu, then select the name of the analysis you want to see.
You will go to the Analyze page.
  5. Select the Risk Overview tab.
You will see the Risk Overview dashboard.

Filter options

If multiple values within the same filter menu are selected, they will be added together. If multiple values between different filters are selected, the selections will intersect.

For example, selecting Vendor A and Vendor B will include both, and selecting the invoice Entry Type will display how the selected vendors intersect with that entry type.

By default, the filters for Effective Date, Entry Type, Related, User ID, and Vendor are visible. Find additional filters with the More menu.ap-risk-overview-filtering-more.gif
