  • Updated

Summary

Certain control points are directly affected by how your data columns are mapped during the import process.

Learn about these optional column mappings:

Memo column

The following control points rely on the "memo" column. You must map a memo column in order to leverage these control points in your analysis. If the "memo" column is not mapped, these control points will not be able run against the data.

Suspicious Keyword — Searches the memo column and trigger when a keyword is found. If this column isn't mapped, Suspicious Keyword will never trigger.

Complex Instrument — Searches the memo column and trigger when a complex transaction is found. If this column isn't mapped, Complex Instrument will never trigger.

Empty Text Field — Flags transactions that have no text in their memo fields.

Entered Date column

You must map an "entered date" column in order to leverage this control point in your analysis. If the "entered date" column is not mapped, the control point will not be able to run against the data.

Weekend Post — Flag entries posted on the weekend.

Transaction Type column

You must map a "transaction type" column in order to leverage this control point in your analysis. If the "transaction type" column is not mapped, the control point will not be able to run against the data.
