General Ledger Export - Intacct

Summary

This article will show you how to export a general ledger file from Intacct.


Instruction

  1. From the main homepage, click the Applications drop-down near the top of the page.

  2. From the Application drop-down, select the General Ledger section.

  3. Click General Ledger in the Reports column.

  4. You’ll be taken the General Ledger Report page, where you can define the metrics for our exported report.

  5. Begin by selecting the fiscal period for your engagement in the Time Period section.

  6. In order to make your report compatible with MindBridge, you will need to define some specific formatting. In the Formatting section, ensure the following checkboxes are selected: 
    • Only with activity 
    • Details 
    • Reference Number 
    • Portrait

  7. Once all of these parameters are set, click the Export drop-down and select Excel.

  8. The form will be replaced by a Download the file link. Click this link to download your file.

  9. Your file will download to your computer's default download location.

Technical names of reports in Intacct (might not exactly match the name displayed in the user interface)

The technical name of this report in the Intacct system is ledgerdetails
