Access your notifications

Summary

Notifications let you know about important events within your MindBridge tenant and are located within the MindBridge sidebar (on the left side of any screen within the MindBridge platform)

For example, if you run an analysis, you will receive a notification once the analysis has completed successfully. In this case, selecting the notification within the sidebar will bring you to the completed analysis.

View notifications

Notifications are saved within the sidebar for quick access and are indicated by a red dot that appears over the notifications icon. The number of notifications is also indicated within the red indicator.

  1. Select the notifications icon ( Notifications_icon.svg ) near the bottom of the MindBridge sidebar. The notifications panel will appear over the sidebar, and you will see a list of notifications (provided they have not been cleared).
  2. Select a notification to go to the respective page within MindBridge.

Delete notifications

Use the delete icon ( Delete_icon.svg ) to delete a specific notification from the list, or select Clear all (located at the top of the panel) to remove all notifications from the list.

External notifications via webhooks

In addition to in-app notifications, MindBridge supports webhook notifications. Webhooks allow your teams to receive real-time alerts about key events—such as file upload completion, analysis completion or failure, and missing account mappings—directly in external tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, ticketing systems, or orchestration platforms.

Webhook notifications are available to admin users by default in all tenants and can be configured through the Admin Portal or API. They help extend awareness of system events beyond email or the in-app notification panel.
