The knowledge bases
The knowledge base contains all the information you'll need to use MindBridge, as well as articles about our industry-leading technology.
The knowledge base is available in two forms:
- The public knowledge base is accessible by anyone who visits the home page. This contains high-level articles explaining who MindBridge is and what our technology is all about.
- The private knowledge base is accessible by those with a MindBridge account. The private knowledge base contains in-depth articles about MindBridge's features and functions.
Log in to MindBridge
To access the private knowledge base reserved for MindBridge account holders, make sure you are logged in.
Log in from a browser
Your organization will have what we call a "tenant", which is an instance of MindBridge specific to your organization. The address to your organization's tenant follows the following format:
The "xxxxxxx" portion of the address is defined by your organization.
When visiting your organization's tenant in a browser, you'll be taken to the login screen. Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account and click Login.
Note: You must be invited by an App Admin before you can log in. Reach out to your organization's IT department if you need access.
You can also use Single-Sign-On (a commonly used login method across websites) to login using your Microsoft or Gmail account.

Log in from the knowledge base
If you're using our knowledge base and don't see our full library of content, Sign in.
You'll be taken to the default login screen. Log in using your MindBridge credentials.
A new tab will open in your browser showing your My Account section in MindBridge.
Close this window and Refresh the knowledge base browser tab. You'll then have full access to all of our articles.
