Begin by clicking your Name in the upper right of any screen within MindBridge to expose A drop-down menu. Click Your Account.

You’ll be taken to the Account page. Click Enable under the Account Security section, to the right of your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) details.

You will then be taken to the Enable Two-Factor Authentication page, where you will be asked to provide your Current Password and a Token Code.

To receive a Token Code, you will need to download the Google Authenticator app (Android or iOS).

Once you've installed the Google Authenticator app on your Android device, click the Plus button on the lower right of your screen to open the barcode scanner.

Use the barcode scanner to scan the barcode found on the Enable Two-Factor Authentication page.

Once the barcode is scanned, a new Token Code will appear on the Google Authenticator app's home screen. If you have multiple Token Codes, you can use the email address beneath each Token Code to identify which account the Token Code belongs to.

Enter the Token Code and your Current Password on the Enable Two-Factor Authentication page and click Enable to enable Two-Factor Authentication for your MindBridge account or Cancel to return to the Your Account page.

You'll be taken back to the Your Account page and a green notification will appear notifying you that Multi-Factor Authentication has successfully been enabled.

Now when logging into MindBridge, you will need to provide an Authenticator Code (found in the Google Authenticator app), adding another layer of security to your account.
