My Login Token Has Expired

After receiving their account invitation email, users are given a 7-day window to activate their account to maintain a high level of security.

If a user tries to activate their account after the 7-day window has expired, they will receive a notification that their login token has expired.

Resetting a login token can only be done by an Admin, so you will need to contact your system's Admin to resend a login token.
