Notes
- The sample company Stationery & Computer Mart UK is being used in this guide.
- We recommend exporting to CSV because Excel exports have row limitations.

Instructions
- From the Home page, click Modules > Nominal Codes.
- From the top bar, click Reports.
- Select the Nominal Activity section and click the Export button.
- Select ‘csv’ from the menu.
- Enter your Transaction dates. Ensure that all codes and transactions are selected by leaving the first box blank and the second one as 99999999. Do not tick the Inc B/Fwd Tran box. Click OK.
- The exported file should look like this:
