Summary
You can run your analysis as soon as the required files have been imported. If changes are made to the analysis settings or the engagement settings after the analysis has been run, impacted analyses may need to be re-run, or new settings may need to be applied.

Configuration details
Before an analysis can be run, you must import all required files and complete required steps such as account mapping.
Learn about the required data for general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable analyses.
Go to the Data page
- Select the logo in the MindBridge sidebar.
You will go to the Organizations page. - Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row.
You will go to the Engagements page. - Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row.
You will go to the Data page for that particular engagement.
Tip: If you are already in an analysis, simply use the sidebar ( ) to go to the Data (
) page.
Run an analysis
- Once you have imported the required data, find the analysis you want to run.
- Select Run analysis, located at the bottom of the analysis section.
- Once the analysis has completed, select View Analysis to go to the results.
Re-run an analysis
You can make material changes within the engagement settings after the analysis has been run. For example, updating the weight of a control point will impact the risk scoring of your analysis results. In these instances, you will be prompted to re-run the analysis.
- On the Data page, find the analysis you want to re-run .
- Select Re-run analysis, located at the bottom of the analysis section.
MindBridge will run the data through AI analytics. - Once the analysis has completed, select View Analysis to go to the results.
If an analysis is not re-run, you will not have access to the most accurate, up-to-date results.
In some instances, you may need to re-import your files then re-run the analysis.
Apply new risk ranges
You can update some analysis settings after the analysis has been run.
Changing which risk range is applied to a risk score will impact how the analysis results are presented, but will not impact your underlying data or the engagement or library settings.
Once you select a new risk range, you will not need to re-run the analysis, but you will be prompted to Apply new risk ranges on the Data page.
- On the Data page, find the analysis you want to apply changes to.
- Select Apply new risk ranges, located at the bottom of the analysis section.
MindBridge will recalculate the analysis results. - Once the new ranges have been applied, select View Analysis to go to the results.
