When using Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to MindBridge (Microsoft or Google), the primary email address for your Microsoft or Google account must match the one associated with your MindBridge account.
If it doesn't match (if you were invited using an alias or an old email address, for example), you have a few options:
- Change your e-mail address in MindBridge.
- Have your system Admin disable the old account and re-invite you using the proper e-mail address.
Once you log into the system via Single Sign-On (SSO), you can change your email address. It will automatically propagate to MindBridge for your next login. But be aware that on your first login, the primary email address has to match on both sides.
