Change your email address

Summary

Learn how to change the email address MindBridge uses to communicate with you.

Note: Changing an email address is only available to users who do not use Single Sign-On ("SSO"). If you are using an SSO like Google or Microsoft, and want to change your email address, your App Admin or User Admin must re-invite you using the new desired email address.

Go to your user profile

  1. Open the MindBridge sidebar ( Sidebar open-close icon ).
  2. Select your name (located at the bottom of the sidebar) to expand your account options.
  3. Select Your Account. You will be taken to your user profile ("My Account") where you can see the tenants you have access to and your account preferences.


Change your email address

  1. Select Edit in line with your email address. A form window will appear.
    Note: If you use an SSO option, this button will be disabled — in this case, contact your MindBridge Admin.
  2. Enter the new email address.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. When you are satisfied, select Update to apply your changes to your profile. You will receive an email from MindBridge prompting you to activate the new email address.
  5. Within this email, select Activate new username/email. You will be brought to a confirmation screen.
  6. Select Sign in to sign back into MindBridge with your new credentials. You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully changed your email address.
