Symptom

When trying to import data, the import fails and an error message appears.


Configuration details

Ensure the following requirements are met before retrying your import.

  1. The data must be formatted correctly.
  2. Ledgers must be balanced.
  3. The file type must be supported by MindBridge.

 


Resolution


Root cause

If the data is grouped, MindBridge cannot differentiate between sections.
