I dont seem to have the "Advanced" drop down in my client's Xero account. Is this based on the level of access you have?
Hi Melody Trinh, thanks for your question. We checked with our Xero experts here at MindBridge - you will need "Advisor" access to your client's Xero account to be able to complete this. We will make an update to our article to show this information.
