You can do a number of things to find out more about the data you have imported, as well as make changes to the analyses from the Data page.

Add prior periods to an analysis

  1. Select the number of prior periods you want to add with the Add number of prior periods menu.
  2. Select Add to add the prior periods to the analysis.

A new section appears for each prior period, within which you can:

  • Import data for each period
  • Adjust the analysis period of each prior period

Note: You cannot adjust the analysis period dates if any data has been imported.

View the details of each file imported into an analysis

Select View details in line with any file that has been imported into an analysis. A window appears with a snapshot of the data:

  • General Information: Provides high level information about the data and whether or not it has been modified
  • Column Mapping: Displays the MindBridge columns and how they are mapped to the imported data
  • Analysis Period: Displays the number of entries within the period and any conflicts with the periods
  • Integrity Checks: Outlines the integrity of the imported data

Archived analyses can be shown or hidden using the drop-down menu to the right of the search field at the top of the Data page.

  • Show Archived: Archived analyses in the engagement at the bottom of the page
