Analysis management

Learn how to manage your analyses within MindBridge. 


Go to the Data page

  1. Select the logo in the MindBridge sidebar.
    You will go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row.
    You will go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row.
    You will go to the Data page for that particular engagement.

Tip: If you are already in an analysis, simply use the sidebar ( Sidebar_open-close_icon.svg ) to go to the Data ( Data_page_icon.svg ) page.


Add prior periods to an analysis

You can add up to 4 prior periods to each analysis.

Select the plus icon ( Add_element_icon.svg ) on the right side of the analysis to add a new prior period to the analysis.

Within these new sections, you can:

  • Import the required files for each period
  • Adjust the analysis period date of each period


Edit analysis periods

Change the date range of any analysis period.

Note: If a file being imported has passed the Analysis Period step of the import process, the date range for that analysis period cannot be changed.

Current period

  1. Select the edit icon ( Edit icon.svg) in line with the current period.
  2. Select the Start date or End date field.
    A calendar will appear.
  3. Use the calendar to select the desired date.
  4. When you are satisfied, Save your work.

Prior periods

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired prior period.
  2. Select Edit period.
  3. Select the Start date or End date field.
    A calendar will appear.
  4. Use the calendar to select the desired date.
  5. When you are satisfied, Save your work.


Delete prior periods from an analysis

Permanently remove* a prior period and all data within.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired prior period.
  2. Select Delete period.
    MindBridge will confirm this decision with you.
  3. When you are ready, Delete the prior period.
*Note: New prior periods can be added (up to a total of 4), but deleted files will have to be re-imported.

Rename an analysis

Change the name of an analysis.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Rename.
    A window appears.
  3. Enter a new name for the analysis.
  4. When you are satisfied, Save the changes.


Delete an analysis

Permanently remove an analysis from the engagement.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Delete.
    A pop-up window appears.
  3. When you are ready, Confirm that you want to permanently delete the analysis.


Archive an analysis

Archive an analysis in the engagement.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Archive.
  3. You can create a duplicate of the analysis before archiving.
    The duplicate analysis copies over all data but has not yet been run, effectively allowing you to continue working.
  4. When you are ready, Archive the analysis.
