Manage your analyses

Learn how to manage your analyses within MindBridge.


Go to the Data page

  1. Select the logo in the MindBridge sidebar.
    You will go to the Organizations page.
  2. Select View in line with the desired organization, or click anywhere in the organization row.
    You will go to the Engagements page.
  3. Select View in line with the desired engagement, or click anywhere in the engagement row.
    You will go to the Data page for that particular engagement.

Tip: If you are already in an analysis, simply go to the Data ( Data page icon ) page within the sidebar.


Rename an analysis

Change the name of an analysis.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Analysis settings.
    You will go to the analysis settings.
  3. Enter a new name for the analysis.
  4. When you are satisfied, Save the changes.

Select Discard changes any time to discard your unsaved changes.


Delete an analysis

Permanently remove an analysis from the engagement.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon.svg ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Delete.
    A pop-up window appears.
  3. To permanently delete the analysis, select Delete.

Select Cancel any time to go back to the Data page without deleting the analysis.


Archive an analysis

Archive an analysis within the engagement.

  1. Open the more actions menu ( More actions menu icon ) in line with the desired analysis name.
  2. Select Archive.
    A pop-up window appears.
  3. Optionally, create a duplicate of the analysis* before archiving.
  4. When you are ready, Archive the analysis.

Learn how to hide and show archived analyses

*Tip: When you duplicate an analysis that has been run, all of the imported data is copied into the new analysis, but must be verified and run again — effectively allowing you to continue working.
Note: Once an analysis is archived, the analysis settings become read-only and can be viewed but not edited.
