Annotations page for General Ledger Analyses

To perform these tasks, you will need to navigate to the Annotations page.

Annotation views

On the Annotations page, you have the option to switch between Graph annotations, Financial Statement annotations, and Audit Assertion Risk annotations.

Graph annotations

Viewing annotations

Click the chevron to the left of the Name column to display the graph, annotation, and any comments that have been added. If a filter was applied when it was created, it will be displayed here too.

Exporting annotations

To export a single annotation, use the Export button on the row containing the desired annotation.

To export multiple annotations, select the checkboxes on the rows for the desired annotations, and use the Export Selected button.

Financial statement annotations

Viewing annotations

Click the chevron to the left of the Name column to display the section of the financial statement table the annotation was made on. The specific row the annotation was made on will be highlighted in blue and the annotation will be located below.

Exporting annotations

To export the financial statement annotations, click the Export All button located at the top right corner of the page.

The financial statement export will contain a sheet for each view of the financial statement that had annotations so you can get a holistic view of your annotations.

Audit assertion risk annotations

Viewing annotations

Click the chevron to the left of the Name column to display the section of the account risk by assertion table the annotation was made on. The specific row the annotation was made on will be highlighted in blue and the annotation will be located below.

Exporting annotations

To export the audit assertion risk annotations, click the Export All button located at the top right corner of the page.
