View by entries or outstanding entries
The data table can be configured to display either entries or outstanding entries using the View menu above the data table.
This shows every line item in the accounts receivable detail.
By default, the entries view displays entries that fall within the current period, but if the data contains out-of-period entries you can view these using the Current period menu.
Outstanding entries view
The outstanding entries view shows every line item in the end of year payable list.
The entry details provide additional information regarding the control points triggered for the entry.
You can drill-down into the entry details by selecting a row in the data table.
To get more detail on a control point, use the information icon in the upper-right corner of the control point tile. A pop-up window will appear that displays additional context about why a control point did or did not trigger.
