Note: The statement of functional expense report is only available in general ledger analyses using a Not-For-Profit library. The Program ID column must be mapped during column mapping to enable this report.

The Statement of Functional Expenses report is an exported .XLSX file that includes a breakdown of all expense accounts in the general ledger by Program.
Any transactions that do not relate explicitly to an identified program will be captured in a “No Program” column, such that the sum totals provided for each expense account in the right-most column will agree to the trial balance.
