Symptom

You receive an error while mapping the date fields.

Resolution

The format required for dates is yyyy-mm-dd which is validated during account mapping.

Some issues that may occur are:

• The dates found in the imported dataset do not conform to the required format
• The day value (dd), month value (mm), or year value (yyyy) is missing from the date column

To overcome this, add the appropriate value (1-31) in the date string in your dataset and re-import the file.

Acceptable values

• Day value: 1 to 31
• Month value 1 to 12
• Year value: Any year

Add the value missing from your dataset and re-import the file.
