User profile: Overview

Summary

Your user profile provides details about the tenants you have access to, as well as account details such as your name, email address, and preferred language.

Learn how to access your user profile in MindBridge.


Go to your user profile

  1. Open the MindBridge sidebar ( Sidebar open-close icon ).
  2. Select your name (located at the bottom of the sidebar) to expand your account options.
  3. Select Your Account. You will be taken to your user profile ("My Account") where you can see the tenants you have access to and your account preferences.

Tentants

This section lists the tenants you have access to. Select a tenant to navigate to it.

  • Tenant name: The name assigned to the tenant.
  • Status: Indicates whether or not the tenant is active.
Note: The URL to your firm's tenants follow the following format: https://xxxxxxx.mindbridge.ai, with the "xxxxxxx" portion of the URL representing the name of a given tenant.

Account preferences

This sections allows you to control your personal details in the MindBridge platform. You can edit your name and language preferences at any time.

  • First name and last name: The given name and surname you want to see displayed in MindBridge. Learn more
  • Email*: The email address associated with the MindBridge account.
  • Language: The language you want to see displayed in MindBridge.

Select Edit to the right of one of these options to make changes as needed. 

*Note: Changing an email address is only available to users who do not use Single Sign-On ("SSO"). If you are using an SSO like Google or Microsoft, and want to change your email address, your App Admin or User Admin must re-invite you using the new desired email address.

Account security

This sections appears if you do not use an SSO option, and provides the following details:

  • Password: The date that the password was activated or was last updated. Learn more
  • Multi-factor Authentication: Indicates whether or not your account has been set up to use multi-factor authentication in order to validate your identity. Learn more
