Log in to your company's MindBridge tenant via your MindBridge URL. If you do not know the URL, please reference your account activation email, or contact another team member with access.
From the login screen, click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your MindBridge account and click Reset my Password.
You'll receive an email with the subject line, "Password Reset Notification." Click Reset my Password to begin the password reset process.
Note: If you don't receive the password activation email shortly after pressing the Reset Password button, please check your Promotions or Spam folders.
Enter your new password in the New Password text field and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password text field to confirm your choice.
Click Reset Password you apply your new password to your MindBridge account.
You'll be taken to the Password Reset Successful! page, where you can log back into MindBridge by clicking Login With New Password.
Once you've successfully reset your password, you will be sent an email confirming that your password was successfully reset.
