Learn how to reset your MindBridge password.

Go to your MindBridge tenant

When using MindBridge, your firm operates within a tenant — a private space that houses your firm's organizations, engagements, and analyses.

The URL to your firm's tenant follows the following format:

The "xxxxxxx" portion of the URL is defined by your firm.

When you land on your firm's tenant, you will be asked to sign in to MindBridge. Do not sign in. Instead, follow the steps below to reset your password.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your MindBridge account.
  3. Select Reset password.
    You will be emailed instructions on how to reset your MindBridge password.
  4. In the email, select Reset Password, or copy and paste the URL provided into your browser.
  5. Enter a new password that has at least:
    • 8 characters
    • 1 uppercase letter
    • 1 lowercase letter
    • 1 number
    • 1 special character
  6. Enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password text field.
  7. Select Reset password.

Once you've successfully reset your password, you will be sent an email confirming that your password was successfully reset.
