Accessing recent exports

When you perform an Export action, such as exporting a report, data table, or sample. MindBridge generates the file in the background. During this process, an Exports panel appears in the bottom right corner of the screen. This panel allows you to track the progress of your exports and download files once they are ready.

Exports panel
This panel displays recent export activity. You can monitor progress, retry failed exports, and download completed files directly from here.

Each export includes a status:

Status Description
In progress The file is currently being generated.
Completed The file is ready to download.
Failed The export did not complete. An error message will explain the issue.

You can also access your exports from the Exported files tab in the File manager.

Exported files view
This tab shows a list of recent exports for the engagement. It includes file names, sources, export dates, and download availability. Files are retained for 14 days by default.
