View by Transactions or Entries
The data table can be configured to show either a transactions view or entries view using the drop-down in the upper-right corner of the page.
The transactions view will display all of the transactions in your general ledger.
Each transaction contains a list of its entries nested below. Use the chevron to the left of the transaction ID to expand and collapse the list.
The entries view shows every line item in your general ledger.
The transaction details provide additional information regarding the control points triggered for a transaction and its entries.
The transaction details can be accessed by drilling into a transaction or entry on the data table.
Sortable columns are indicated with a double arrow and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. The darker of the two indicates if the list is sorted in ascending or descending order.
Adding & Removing Columns
Click Columns on the right side of the table and select the checkbox next to each column you want to display.

Pinning columns ensures they will stay in view when scrolling horizontally.
