Summary
Analysis configuration allows you to enable and disable visible dashboards, reports, tools and settings, streamlining your team's workflows in MindBridge.
Learn how to configure MindBridge to create a standard experience tailored to your firm's methodologies.
Note: Analysis configuration is only possible within general ledger analyses. MindBridge's default libraries are read-only, but can be selected as a base when creating new libraries.
Configuration details
You must be an App Admin to view and manage analysis configuration in the library.
Go to analysis configuration in the library
- Open the MindBridge sidebar (
).
- Select Admin (
).
- Go to the Libraries tab.
- Open the Actions menu in line with the library you want to view.
- Select View library.
You will go to the Library details tab on the Libraries page.
- Select the General ledger tab.
You will go to the Analysis configuration section.
Disable or enable MindBridge features
All MindBridge dashboards, reports, tools and settings are enabled by default.
When you are satisfied with your changes to these features, Save your work.
Select Discard changes to undo any unsaved changes.
Note: Any analysis using the library will immediately display updates made to the analysis configuration.
Dashboards
Use the toggles to determine which dashboards should be Enabled or Disabled in analysis results.

- Removes the Audit Assertion Risk tab from the Analyze page
- Disables drill-down option from the Financial Statements dashboard

- Removes annotations for Financial Statements
- These features are disabled automatically:
- Automated scoping
- Significant account report
- Cannot be populated without scoping
- Planning analytics report
- Cannot be populated without scoping or annotations

Prior period comparison |
- Removed the Prior period comparison tab from the Analyze page.
|
Ratios |
- Removes the Ratios tab from the Analyze page
- Removes the Ratios tab from the Engagement Settings page
- Removes the Ratios section from the Significant account report

Risk overview |
- Removes the Risk Overview tab from the Analyze page
- Summary of Transactional Risk report cannot be populated
|
Risk segmentation |
- Removes the Risk segmentation tab from the Analyze page
|
Trends
|
- Removes the Trends tab from the Analyze page
- Disables drill-down option on the Financial Statements dashboard
- Removes the Trends section from the Significant account report

Data table view
Select whether you want the data table to display entries or transactions by default.
The Data table dashboard cannot be disabled.
Landing page
Select the dashboard you want to see by default when navigating to analysis results.
Note: If the dashboard used as the landing page is disabled, MindBridge will automatically set the landing page to the Data table.
Reports
Use the toggles to determine which reports should be Enabled or Disabled in analysis results.

Tools and settings
Use the toggles to determine which tools and settings should be Enabled or Disabled in analysis results.

- Removes the Interim or Full Analysis toggle on analysis creation
- This feature is disabled automatically:
- Interim roll forward check report

MindBridge score |
- Removes the MindBridge score from tables and filters
- Disables the Risk overview dashboard
- Disables the Summary of transactional risk report

Required materiality |
When required materiality is disabled:
- You can use the materiality modal to set the materiality to "none" by hitting "Save" with no value in the modal input
- You can perform scoping with no materiality value set
When required materiality is enabled:
- You cannot save materiality from the modal unless a value is set (the field is mandatory to the form submission)
- You cannot perform scoping unless the analysis has a materiality value set
- "Materiality" text, in the materiality widget and the modal, is highlighted with a red "this is mandatory" asterisk
