As a Change Champion Power user inside of MindBridge Academy, you have the ability to generate and view reports on your employees.
There are two different ways to generate and check on reports - by navigating to the Reports link and by viewing reports by course.
To navigate to the reports function, go to the Admin gear on the top right corner of your dashboard. Find the Reports link and click on it.
You can view reports by User, Courses, or Branches.
If you would like to check on a particular user, you can enter their user details in the field under User Personal Summary. Once you click Generate, you will be taken to a user summary report which can be downloaded as a PDF.
You can also check the activity of a Course. Start typing the name of the course in the text field under Course Summary and select from the auto populated list. When you click Generate, you will see a similar dashboard as the user report.
You can see how many of your employees are enrolled into the course, how many have completed the course, how many have yet to complete the course, how much time they have spent on the course, etc.
You can also see an overview report on Branches. To view, go back to the Reports page and click View under Branches Dashboard. This is more of a high level overview of your employees in the branch you manage and may not be as granular.
2) Reports by course
You can also find reports by course. To do this, click on the admin gear at the top right corner of your screen and go to Course Management.
A list of all courses available to you will appear. Click the course name.
You will see different tabs, one of which is Reports.
When you click on the tab, you will see a similar dashboard to one you would find in the Reports section. However, scrolling down the page will take you to a section that has User statistics, Training material statistics, and Learner assignments. Each tab will enable you to view and download different reports on each of these sections.
